Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

Depending on the service used, RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may collect the following categories of information:

• Identity and profile details: full name, father or guardian name, date of birth, gender, district, player category, address, registration number, eligibility details and approval status.
• Contact details: mobile number, email address and relevant team, club, district or association contact information.
• Identity verification details: Aadhaar number or another identifier submitted for registration or eligibility verification. Aadhaar should only be provided where required for the relevant RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) process.
• Registration and tournament data: player registration forms, team or club details, eligibility category, tournament entries, competition participation, fixtures, results, rankings, certificates and related administrative records.
• Uploaded content: player photographs, identity proof, eligibility documents, payment proof and other documents submitted by the user.
• Payment records: amount, payment method, transaction number, UTR or bank reference, Razorpay order or payment identifiers, payment status, invoice and reconciliation records. RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) does not store card PINs, UPI PINs, net-banking passwords or complete card credentials.
• Account and authentication data: login lookup value, OTP request records, session token, login time and linked player or account profile references.
• Technical and security data: IP address, device or browser user agent, request logs, error references and security events.
• Communications: enquiries, support messages, replies, complaints and account deletion requests.

2. How we use information

• To create, verify, approve, renew and manage player, team, club or association registrations.
• To check age, gender, category, district and other eligibility requirements for tournament registration.
• To manage tournament entries, fixtures, matches, participation, results and rankings.
• To process payments, verify UTR or payment gateway transactions, prevent duplicate payments and issue invoices or receipts.
• To publish or provide tournament schedules, fixtures, results, rankings and certificates.
• To issue merit, participation or other certificates related to tournaments and association activities.
• To send OTPs, transactional emails, payment updates, registration updates and service communications.
• To provide account access, technical support, fraud prevention, security monitoring and error investigation.
• To comply with accounting, legal, sports-governance, association and dispute-resolution obligations.

3. Payment processing and Razorpay

Online payments may be processed by Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered in Razorpay's payment interface and are processed under Razorpay's own privacy and security practices.

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may receive transaction identifiers, payment amount, payment status, order identifiers and other information required to verify the payment and generate an invoice or receipt.

Bank transfer and UPI submissions may include UTR details, transaction references and payment proof uploaded by the user.

4. How information is shared

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably required with:

• Payment processors such as Razorpay and relevant banking or UPI service providers.
• Hosting, email delivery, security and technical service providers acting for RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.).
• Authorized association administrators, district representatives, tournament organizers, referees, officials and other authorized personnel where access is required for their duties.
• Sports governing bodies or affiliated organizations where information is reasonably required for registration, eligibility, tournament participation, rankings, certification or sports administration.
• Government, regulatory, law-enforcement or judicial authorities where disclosure is legally required.

5. Public information

Approved tournament participation, player names, fixtures, results, rankings, certificates, office-bearer details and other association information may be displayed publicly where publication is part of the relevant sports or association service.

Sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar numbers, authentication tokens, OTP information and private payment credentials are not intended for public display.

6. Data retention

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) keeps information only for as long as reasonably required for the purposes described in this policy.

Registration, tournament, fixture, result, ranking, payment, invoice, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute and certificate records may be retained for legal, financial, sports-governance or sports-integrity reasons even after an account deletion request.

Where complete deletion is not appropriate or legally possible, information may be anonymized, restricted or retained only to the extent necessary.

7. Account deletion and user choices

Users can request deletion from the Android application through My Account → Request Account Deletion or through the public account deletion page.

Account ownership may be verified through an authenticated session, OTP sent to the registered email address, or another appropriate verification method.

Users may also request correction of inaccurate profile information or ask questions about retained personal information by contacting RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.).

Deletion requests may be reviewed before completion to protect accounts from unauthorized deletion and to preserve records that the association is legally, financially or administratively required to retain.

8. Children and junior players

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) services may include junior and minor players.

Where information relating to a minor is submitted, a parent, lawful guardian, authorized team representative or other person legally permitted to act for the minor should provide or authorize that information where required.

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) does not knowingly use junior-player personal information for advertising profiling.

9. Security

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including OTP verification, restricted administrative access, session controls, payment verification mechanisms and security logging.

No online system is completely risk-free. Users should protect access to their registered email account, OTPs and login credentials and should promptly report suspected misuse.

10. Cookies, sessions and technical logs

The website and Android application may use session storage, cookies or equivalent local storage for login, preferences, security and normal application operation.

Server logs may record IP addresses, device or browser information, timestamps, request details and error information for security, troubleshooting and system administration.

11. Tournament, ranking and certificate information

Tournament registration and participation may result in player names, team or district information, fixtures, scores, results, rankings and certificates becoming part of official sports records.

Where a player is declared a winner, runner-up, third-place finisher or participant, relevant tournament and result data may be used to generate and verify official certificates.

12. Policy updates

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may update this Privacy Policy when services, technologies, legal requirements or data practices change.

The updated effective date will be displayed at the top of this page.
