Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, Android application, player registration, team registration, tournament registration, payment services, certificate services or any other facility provided by RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.), the user agrees to comply with these Terms.

2. User Responsibility

• All information submitted by a player, parent, guardian, team representative or other user must be accurate, complete and genuine.
• The user is responsible for ensuring that the correct name, date of birth, gender, district, category, mobile number, email address and other registration information is submitted.
• Documents, photographs, identity details and eligibility documents submitted for verification must belong to the relevant player or authorized applicant.
• The user is responsible for incorrect payment references, UTR numbers or other transaction information submitted.
• Users are responsible for protecting access to their registered email account, OTPs and account sessions.

3. Player and Team Registration

Submission of a registration form does not automatically mean that a player, team or other applicant has been finally approved.

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may verify registration details, documents, payment status, age, gender, category, district, eligibility and other requirements before approval.

4. Tournament Registration and Eligibility

• Tournament registration is subject to the eligibility rules applicable to the relevant competition.
• A player may be rejected or removed from an event where eligibility requirements are not met or submitted information is incorrect.
• Tournament schedules, fixtures, venues, dates and competition formats may be changed where reasonably required by the association or tournament organizers.
• Final decisions relating to tournament administration, eligibility and competition management will be made by authorized officials in accordance with applicable rules.

5. Payments

Registration, tournament or other service fees may be collected through payment methods made available by RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.), including UPI, bank transfer or an online payment gateway such as Razorpay.

A successful payment does not by itself guarantee registration approval, tournament eligibility or acceptance where further verification is required.

Where payment is made through an external payment provider, payment processing may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

6. Tournament Results and Certificates

Tournament results, rankings and certificates will be based on official records approved or finalized by authorized tournament officials.

Merit certificates may be generated according to officially declared positions such as winner, runner-up or third place, while participation certificates may be issued to eligible participants according to the relevant tournament rules.

If an official result is corrected after publication, RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may correct or reissue the relevant ranking or certificate.

7. Service Availability

Website, Android application, registration, payment, certificate or other online services may temporarily become unavailable due to maintenance, server problems, internet connectivity, payment gateway downtime, software updates, security requirements or other technical issues.

8. Prohibited Use

• Submitting fake or misleading registration information.
• Submitting another person's documents or identity information without authorization.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, admin systems, databases or website services.
• Manipulating tournament registrations, results, rankings or certificates.
• Uploading illegal, harmful, abusive or misleading content.
• Committing payment fraud, submitting false payment proof or misusing chargeback procedures.

9. Suspension or Cancellation

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may reject, suspend or cancel a registration or restrict access where fraud, misuse, false information, eligibility problems, payment irregularities or violations of these Terms are identified.

10. Changes to Services and Terms

RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may update these Terms or make reasonable changes to its services, tournament processes or administrative procedures.

Updated Terms become effective when published on the official website or application unless another effective date is stated.

Refund Policy

1. General Refund Rule

Player registration, tournament registration, team registration and other service fees are generally non-refundable once processing, verification, event allocation or administrative work has started.

2. Cases Where a Refund May Be Considered

• The same registration or service was accidentally paid for more than once.
• Payment was successfully deducted but the relevant registration or service could not be created due to a verified technical issue.
• A tournament or paid service is cancelled by RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) and no reasonable alternative is provided.
• An incorrect amount was collected and the correction or refund is approved by the authorized administrator.
• Any other exceptional case specifically approved by RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.).

3. Cases Where Refunds Are Generally Not Allowed

• The player or applicant voluntarily withdraws after registration.
• Incorrect name, date of birth, gender, category, district or other information was submitted by the user.
• Required documents are incorrect, incomplete, invalid or not submitted on time.
• The player is found to be ineligible under tournament or registration rules.
• Registration verification, tournament processing, scheduling or other administrative work has already started.
• A player fails to attend or participate in a tournament after successful registration.
• A match schedule or venue is changed without cancellation of the relevant competition.

4. Cancelled or Rescheduled Tournaments

If a tournament is cancelled by RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.), the association may provide a refund, adjustment, transfer, credit or another appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

A tournament that is merely rescheduled, postponed or moved to another appropriate venue will not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. Duplicate Payments

Where a duplicate payment is verified for the same registration or transaction, the additional payment may be refunded after payment reconciliation.

6. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will generally be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the user's bank account, UPI account, card or other payment method may depend on the relevant bank or payment gateway.

7. Refund Method

Wherever reasonably possible, approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method.

Where this is not possible, another method may be used after appropriate verification and administrative approval.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) and provide sufficient information to identify and verify the transaction.

The request should normally include:

• Player or applicant name
• Registration number or registration ID, where available
• Tournament name, where applicable
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Payment amount
• Payment date
• Transaction ID, UTR or payment gateway reference
• Payment proof, where required
• Reason for requesting the refund

9. Refund Verification

A refund request may be verified against registration, tournament and payment records before approval. RAJASTHAN NETBALL ASSOCIATION ( Regd.) may request additional information where necessary to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent refund claims.
